Just Eatin' Cereal

Nothing too exciting here this morning...we're just having some cereal for breakfast and then heading off to swimming. it's been a month since we've been there, and I'm pretty excited about going!

We had a really nice, long weekend with daddy. We did lots of projects around our yard. I even helped mom-mom plant some vegetable plants! Sunday we had a birthday party for Grandma Holko, and then yesterday me, mom-mom and daddy went to the Wild Animal Park. We decided we like the Zoo a LOT better...

I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend. Mom-mom and I were a little sad that we weren't back at the Garden Center helping Grampa Mike, but we hope the weekend was great!

In Our Yard

Mom-mom and I are planning to spend the day hanging out in our yard today. Here are a few pictures of our morning...

Here I am talking to our fish. They said that they were very hungry while I was gone, but they were happy to know that their cousins in East Aurora were very well fed while I was visiting.

This one will probably not make it onto a billboard...

I stole a marshmallow.

We came home to find our yard filled with flowers. It was a nice surprise to find the jasmine near the patio in full bloom. It smells heavenly!

Kissing Obi for the 900th time...
Mom-mom spent some time cleaning up our little pond yesterday and we decided it really needed a new fish. While I was gone, she went out and bought a new koi and two little tiny shubunkins (YAY! We finally found some!) All that time spent with Grampa Mike's fish somehow made this necessary. The orange and white one on the left is the new one. He's Japanese! We need to think up a good name for him.

And does anyone know if chickens can eat marshmallows? 'Cause I just fed them one...

Back in SD

After what seemed like a particularly long day of traveling, mom-mom and I are back in San Diego. I was SO very good on the trip. I carried my own Thomas backpack through the airport and everything. Only one of us cried on the plane...and it wasn't me. As we took off, I yelled and waved good-bye to all of the special people we love in Buffalo. I hope you heard me! Mom-mom and I will miss everyone a lot...it was sad to leave.

BUT, Daddy met us at the airport with a big smile, flowers, and a huge balloon for me! I ran so fast to give him a hug when I saw hime. Chewy and Obi sure were happy to see us when we got home, too. I was pretty tired, so I went right to bed. When I got up this morning, I found all of my toys waiting here for me and that made me happy all over again.

Due to mom-mom's poor scheduling, she had a doctor's appointment at 9:00 this morning. Luckily, Grandma and Grandpa Holko were more than willing to watch me today. We're not entirely certain that they didn't camp out in our driveway til we let them in this morning...

Day Out with Thomas

Gramma Jojo took me out to see Thomas on Saturday. It was really cool to see the big Thomas...it might have been even cooler to stomp in the puddles, though.

I even got to sit in an ambulance...but not 'cause I was hurt. They let me sit there just because I am cute, I think.








I'm going to the airport with Gramma Jojo today to pick up Uncle Mick. I am pretty excited to see him!

Sorry we have not been posting much lately. Mom mom and I have been working a lot! Since it is raining today, we are staying home for a little bit. Here I am brushing my teeth with my new THOMAS toothpaste! I miss everybody in San Diego...love you all!
