"OWL" Help!

Today's post is a result of a combination of two things.

First is something Ryan says about 350 times every day.

"I'll help!"

It's cute. Not sure if it's helpful, but it's cute.

The second part of today's post comes as a result of the tons of toilet paper rolls Mom has been saving. Over the last few weeks, we've all asked her what the heck she was saving them for.

(You'd be amazed, or more likely disgusted, by the number of empty rolls we've accumulated in such a short period of time. Just wait til Ryan starts contributing! This family sure does use a lot of toilet paper...do we poop more than other people? Gross. Sorry.)

Anyway, Mom said she didn't know WHY she was saving the rolls, but that surely they could be used for something.

Thanks to a quick Pinterest search for "toilet paper" we found the inspiration for our morning project.

Ryan likes to do anything that involves markers.

Check out the beautiful colored feathers on this one!

I went with a more abstract design, but if you have imagination you can obviously see this is an owl wearing a t-shirt. He's smiling, too.

They kept trying to jump up into the plants!

Anyone know what a group of owls are called? We don't.

Happy Monday!

Love,
J
