We are SO Lucky...

...to have such wonderful family and friends! Thank you all for the excitement and good wishes.

Today me and mom-mom are going to swim group, so we don't have much time to post here today. But, here's a fun thing we can share! A few weeks ago, Grampa Mike asked me and mom-mom to put together an ad for him for a magazine. Since I am awesome, we decided we would need to use MY picture in the ad.
Good thing I have a cute cousin Carleigh and that we will have another baby around, too. Imagine if Grampa Mike had to pay his talent!

Here Goes

Ok, so here's my big announcement! We're going to have.............

WAFFLES! Oh, yeah, and I'm gonna be a big brother. But mostly I'm excited about waffles.

Since Gramma Jojo likes to spread exciting news, it's possible that everyone in the entire world has heard this already (she HAS known for more than 12 hours, after all). Mom-mom is still deciding how she feels about this. She said she thinks it's good. Then daddy said he was gonna throw up. But he had a big goofy smile on his face all night last night, so I think he'll be ok. I'm not sure what all the fuss is over waffles...

Oh boy.

Well...there's good news and bad news this morning. The bad news is that mom-mom can't get my video to post properly...and those of you anxiously awaiting my video already know some good news...

So Many Visitors!

Our house has been very busy lately. We were very sad to say goodbye to Uncle Dan and Uncle Brian, but we are so happy that they could come out and visit us! I had a great time with my uncles and I am still looking for them in the house. I wake up the morning and call for "UH DANNY?!?" from my bed. Good thing Gramma Jojo will be here in just a few days to distract me.

Here is a picture Uncle Dan took while we were hunting for potato bugs together. He showed me how they roll up when you touch them! I am now just a little obsessed with potato bugs. Thanks, Dan.

Saturday, after we took the uncles to the airport, we had a bit of a party at our house. Mom-mom has decided not to post anyone else's embarrassing photos from the party, but I told her it was ok to post mine.

This is what happens when mom-mom turns her back on a two-year-old at a party...




What a party! You should have seen the other guests...we may or may not have pictures of them in similar poses to mine in that first image! A good time was had by all.

Now we are getting excited about Gramma Jojo's visit on Thursday!!! Just 3 more days!

Beach Boys

It was so nice outside yesterdy that we decided to go to the beach. My uncles needed a little sun on their faces and sand in their toes. We went down to Mission Beach and splashed around for a while, then we had lunch. We were so tired when we got home, we all took a little nap!

I showed the boys how to hold my hands in the water and dragged them out there.

Then they started swinging me! It was SO much fun!

We all got a little bit wet.

Uncle Brian buried my feet in the sand. Luckily, I had my "helicoppie" to play with.

Today Uncle Brian has to do a little bit of work, but me, mom-mom and Uncle Danny are going to see my girlfriend Ella! She is in town for a visit...I can't wait. We'll post some pictures tomorrow!

Playin' with the Boys

Uncle Brian AND Uncle Danny are here!!!

Sorry we didn't post anything yesterday, but we were much too busy. We played out in the yard in the morning (after my waffle feast, of course), and then we dropped Danny off with Uncle Brett to go surfing. He did great, except that he was so tired he didn't last too long in the water! While he was surfing, I went for a ride with mom-mom and Uncle Brian. Brian picked out some foods for dinner and we went home and he cooked! Grandma and Grandpa Holko came over and ate the yummy food with us. We had a great night!

Here are some pictures of me and my uncles playing a game in the yard. They were very patient with me and helped me play, too.








I'm not sure what we are going to do today, but it's nice and sunny out so we are going to find some sort of adventure!

Great Weekend!

What an exciting weekend I've had! Saturday afternoon mom-mom went and picked Uncle Danny up from the airport. I gave him a HUGE hug when he got here, and we've been having a great time together since.

Uncle Danny has been getting up with me in the morning, and I showed him how to make me my breakfast (I like hot waffles now)...and if he goes outside to talk on his phone I insist on knowing where "Danny" is.

And since I'm such a lucky boy, I get ANOTHER uncle to play with tonight! Uncle Brian will be here soon. Now if only we could get Uncle Mick out here...

Yesterday we went to a picnic at Uncle Brett's house. I got to see Aunt Sarah, and LOTS of other friends. We had a good time playing. Here I am playing Derek's beanbag game...


And just being adorable...

And here are the cupcakes mom-mom made to take to the party. They looked great when she first made them. Unfortunately, it was 85 degrees yesterday, and apparently the butterflies DO NOT like the heat. Mom-mom was sad because they melted a little bit, but we got some pictures and they tasted great!
